Poor Customer Service Quality
To facilitate communication, the operator must share their contact information, including phone, fax, email, or an online form.
The operator is obligated to address all complaints received and try to resolve them as soon as possible. If the operator fails to offer contact details, they should indicate which other authority can assist in resolving your dispute, preferably via amicable settlement.
The operator is not allowed to charge existing customers premium rates for customer service calls.
