Incorrect Invoice
Is your invoice incorrect? If this is the case, inform the seller clearly and with reasons. It is best to do this in writing, either by registered letter or email with acknowledgement of receipt.
You have the right to withhold payment of any amounts you dispute for the time being. The amount you do not dispute should be paid immediately.
If you choose to pay before addressing the issue with the invoice, it is recommended to mention on the payment: "payment under reservation of rights." By doing so, you indicate that you are making the payment, but you reserve your rights regarding the disputed amounts.
